Coaching
Coaching is a one-to-one process for helping others to improve, to grow and to get to a higher level of performance, by providing focused feedback, encouragement, and raising awareness.
Sessions help the driver recognise how they are increasing their risk of a crash and develop strategies to reduce their risk.
Driving Assessments
Road accidents at work are the largest cause of fatalities and injury in our workplaces.
Holding a current drivers licence, does not in itself mean that a driver is competent to drive.
Ensuring a safe workplace for all employees is a requirement of all employers under current OH&S legislation.
What are the risks? *
Risk of crashing or being seriously hurt in a traffic crash is increased by:
- driving when affected by alcohol or drugs
- speeding
- using mobile phones and other electronic devices
- passengers in your car
- other types of distractions inside and outside your car
- fatigue – driving when tired
- not wearing a seatbelt
- poor vehicle maintenance.
A formal driving assessment aims to identify behaviours that directly increase the likelihood or severity of a crash.
The trainer reviews their driving performance, provides feedback and supplies a written summary report to the company.
Upon completion, clients receive a detailed comprehensive report which includes observations against defined criteria.
